Athanor Market provides an AI-powered platform for evaluating early-stage startup ideas, designed primarily for first-time, non-technical founders to help them avoid wasting money and time on products with low to no market potential when resources are limited.

Live Builder (AI Co-pilot)

Live Builder is a conversational interface that helps users fill out the evaluation form through dialogue with an AI assistant ("Marcus").

• Current Phase: Live Builder is designed solely as a form-filling assistant. Its only purpose is to help you complete the evaluation questionnaire in a conversational way.
• Not a Research Tool: While Marcus can perform basic web searches to help fill fields, it is not a professional researcher or advisor.
• Future Plans: A full AI co-pilot experience with expanded capabilities is planned for future releases.
• Promo Period: Live Builder is currently free during the promotional period. Usage conditions and pricing may change at any time.

Architecture: We utilize a Mixture of Experts (MoE) architecture with ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) framework. Our system deploys 5 specialized agents (Team, Market, Business, Risk, Product) plus a Validation Agent for cross-checking, with Verification evaluations adding Deep Verification and Entity Graph analysis.

AI Providers: We use multiple state-of-the-art language models from premium AI providers including OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-5-pro), Anthropic (Claude Opus 4.5, Claude Sonnet), Google (Gemini 2.5 Pro), DeepSeek, and others. We continuously evaluate and integrate the best-performing models for each analysis task. Evaluation Tiers: We offer three evaluation tiers:

• Verification: Maximum accuracy with Deep Verification using pro models, Entity Graph visualization, network analysis, and enhanced confidence scoring

Continuous Improvement: We constantly improve our AI models, prompts, and evaluation criteria based on user feedback, real-world outcomes, and the latest research in startup science. Our technology stack evolves to incorporate the most effective AI approaches available.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

5. GemScore Pass and Payments

Purchase Terms

GemScore Passes are non-refundable. Each credit provides one AI-powered evaluation of a startup idea. Once a GemScore Pass is used for evaluation, it cannot be refunded.

Technical Error Guarantee

In the event of technical errors or obvious issues with the evaluation report, we will refund the GemScore Pass to your account balance so you can re-run the evaluation to receive accurate results. This includes:

• System failures preventing report generation
• Incomplete or corrupted reports
• Evaluation stuck in processing for over 2 hours
• Clearly erroneous scoring or analysis

Note: "Technical error" does not include disagreement with the AI's assessment or subjective evaluation. To request a refund to balance, contact us with your evaluation ID. Most refunds for technical errors are processed automatically.

Double Refund Guarantee for Hallucinations

What qualifies as a hallucination:

• Fabricated market statistics (e.g., TAM/SAM numbers with no source)
• Invented competitor names that don't exist
• Made-up funding amounts or revenue figures
• False claims about founders' backgrounds not found in any source
• Citations to non-existent sources or research reports

To claim: Contact us with your evaluation ID and specific examples of hallucinated content. Our team will verify the claim within 48 hours. If confirmed, we will credit 2x the GemScore value to your account.

Note: This guarantee does not cover subjective assessments, differing interpretations, or AI conclusions you disagree with. It specifically covers verifiably false, fabricated information.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

NOT Investment Advice:

GemScore reports and recommendations DO NOT constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any form of professional advice. The evaluations should not be the sole basis for any investment, business, or financial decision.

The AI evaluation is NOT:

• Investment advice or financial guidance
• A guarantee of startup success or failure
• Legal, accounting, tax, or professional consulting
• A comprehensive or complete due diligence report
• A substitute for professional advisors
• A prediction of future performance or outcomes

Limitations:

• Analysis is based on information you provide, supplemented with our AI's research and external market data
• AI may not have access to all proprietary or non-public information
• Market conditions change rapidly and may not be fully reflected in real-time
• Human judgment and expertise remain essential for critical decisions
• Past patterns do not guarantee future results
• AI research capabilities are continuously expanding

7. Marketplace Services

The Marketplace is an Over-The-Counter (OTC) bulletin board where trusted advisors can list their services and products. Athanor Market acts solely as a platform and is not a party to any transactions between users and advisors.

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed services
• We are not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers
• All transactions are conducted directly between parties
• We do not process payments for marketplace transactions
• Terms for advisor listing will be published in the future
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion

By using the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own due diligence when engaging with advisors and their services.

8. Tokenized Promise

Tokenized Promise is a milestone-gated fundraising vehicle provided as a custom service. The automated wizard for creating tokenized promises is currently in development.

Future Availability: Founders with mature GemScores (40+) will be able to share their validated ideas publicly and receive crowdfunding or funding from professional investors. This feature is planned for Q1 2026.

Current Status: Custom, white-glove service available by request. Contact us for details.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your submitted ideas and materials. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Athanor Market a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the evaluation service.

Confidentiality

We treat your ideas as confidential. We will not:

• Share your ideas with other users or third parties without consent
• Use your ideas for our own commercial purposes
• Sell or license your submitted content to third parties
• Publicly disclose your evaluation results

Our Platform

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property of the Athanor Market platform remain the exclusive property of Athanor Market, Inc.

10. Data Privacy & Security

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information or startup ideas with third parties except:

• Essential service providers (AI evaluation services, MongoDB Atlas for storage, Stripe for payments, email delivery)
• When required by law
• With your explicit consent

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or deceive the AI system (e.g., "give me highest score")
• Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or prompts
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Manipulation Detection: Our system detects and logs manipulation attempts. While these do not affect your score, repeated violations may result in account termination.

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI EVALUATIONS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST PROFITS

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Athanor Market, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Upon termination, unused GemScore Pass credits will be forfeited.

We will provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid features.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
